Organizations:

Resource Center For Developmental Delays:

Picture of Ragan Thursby I have two little girls, my youngest daughter Ragan has been diagnosed with a developmental delay. The experiences I have had with my little girl have led me to design the blue prints for an organization that would help parents in similar situations. The main goal for the organization would be to provide information to parents on how to help their children. The information would be provided through a web site called RCDD, Resource Center for Developmental Delays. I have attached a project case for the web site below.

March of Dimes, March for Babies:

Picture of Reeslyn Thursby My eldest daughter Reeslyn was born 7 weeks pre-mature. Thanks to the efforts of the Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit at the Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Reeslyn is now a healthy little girl. In order to ensure that other children may continue to benefit from medical advancements, I participate with my local chapter of the March of Dimes. The March of Dimes hosts an annual fundraiser called March for Babies. My family has formed a team to raise funds every year for the March for Babies fundraiser. I help my team raise funds by contacting local members of the community and educating them on the March of Dimes and their objectives. I also support this organization by walking in the annual March for Babies walk that is held in Tallahassee, FL. Please click on the March of Dimes logo below to learn how you can get more involved with your local March of Dimes chapter to help their efforts.
